In Stock: Parts in stock in our Elizabethtown, PA warehouse.

For all parts in stock in our warehouse or items arriving the day any order is placed we generally do the following: 

  • One of our parts personnel will enter your order into our system. 
  • Our warehouse receives your order and picks the parts to fulfill the same day (for orders placed before 2:00 PM). 
  • UPS pickup is around 3:30-4:00 every business day. Shipping options range from UPS Ground, UPS 2 Day Air, UPS 3 Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. UPS Ground Saver (USPS delivery) is an option for smaller orders.

Out of Stock: McCormick

For any parts orders placed that use parts not currently in stock in our Elizabethtown, PA warehouse the following applies. 

  • We place one order daily with McCormick for any out of stock orders from that day.
  • McCormick North America is located in Georgia and ships our packages with 2 day transit time.
  • For any item out of stock in Georgia those orders are fulfilled from the main warehouse in Italy and this adds 5-7 days to the transit time.
  • For items out of stock in Italy, those parts are then ordered from the manufacturer and some orders can take up to 8 weeks. 
  • For emergency orders or machine down orders please call our parts department and speak to a technician to gain actual delivery dates or to find out expedited or direct shipping.

Out of Stock: McHale

For any parts orders placed that use parts not currently in stock in our Elizabethtown, PA warehouse the following applies. 

  • For any out of stock McHale parts our parts department will place that order directly with the McHale northeast distribution warehouse.These orders generally arrive to our location within 1-2 business days and are shipped the same day we receive them. 
  • Occasionally our local distribution center is out of stock on items and those are ordered from McHale and then delivered to you once they arrive.
